Scott serves as the lead trainer on the Education Team for the Inclusion Network and has served the organization for ten years. The Education Team provides customized DEI training for community leaders, BOD’s and organizations of all sizes. In addition, Scott enjoys his work as the Video and Production Director for the Voices Talk Show: An Intimate Conversation Made Public, Digging Deeper into the Issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Scott received a Bachelor of Art degree from St Olaf College and a Master of Divinity degree from Eden Theological Seminary in St Louis, MO. Recently retired, Scott serves part time as a chaplain at Bethany on the Lake, Alexandria, MN.
Scott enjoys spending time with his grandkids, adventure traveling with his wife and friends, and nature photography and videography.
